Complete your profile by adding profile photo & entering relevant appropriate information. Customers compare profiles of partners who respond in order to decide whom to hire. Focus on quality and spend time to add all the important details directly on application. To get the right request, you need to carefully fill up location & service area details. In service area first select the preferred state where you will extend services, second is the preferred service line if any, and third is the preferred service distance around your location. This information will help us that, we give you the option to customize the type of customer requirements you receive.

Provide your Bank details:

Enter your bank account details including account holder’s name, Bank name, IFSC code, city & Branch. Pl upload cheque photograph to ensure that your bank account details are correct in our records. This will help us to deposit your advance & final payment to your account for which services are extended by you.

Complete your KYC:

Submit your KYC documents based on your category like individual or firm (Partnership, Pvt ltd, LLP, LLC etc). In case of firm address proof of authorized person to be fill up.

View customers lead:

We understand that you may want to see what kind of customers MUVR can get you. Hence, we provide viewing customer leads is absolutely free. After you create your account, we send customer leads immediately to build your trust.Before you can respond to customers you need to buy MUVR credit and at the same time your account to be approved by MUVR team.

Do not worry about your purchased credits, it remains your until you want to respond to customer lead. If our team reject your profile your credits will be refunded to you within 5 working days.

Respond to customer’s lead:

Be careful before reply to customer’s lead. It is very important to go through the customer request with respect to vehicle type including length and width of cargo body, material and origin and destination point. After that quote a best price according to request and market rate to win the bid. You should try and answer questions politely & professionally to customer may have asked during call / whatsApp /email conversion.

Follow up to Customers:

Let your customer know that you are interested in serving his requirements. Focus on building a relationship and create customer confidence that you are best fit for their requirement among all bidder. Follow up should in such a way that, not irritating customer and try to use message/call judiciously.

Once customer has confirmed the deal with you, following step to be carried out.

You have to assign the driver & vehicle to customer. If driver is carrying Android mobile and register with MUVR platform, either driver or your self may perform the activities/trigger point in application for smooth action.

Driver has to report before loading time requested by customer. He has to request customer to punch “Vehicle reporting time”

Once loading completed and all original loading document collected by driver, he or your self has to punch the “Load out for delivery”.

After reaching at destination and unloading the materials, signed & stamped POD to be up loaded by either driver or yourself. After POD upload driver is free for next trip.

Your trip will be completed once customer honored your POD and accepted as “Delivered”.If there are any issues, it should be shorted out between customer & your self amicably.Your balance payment will be release based on customer acceptance.

MUVR Credits:

MUVR is a paid platform. You need to buy the MUVR credits to respond to customer request for Bid. Credits get added to your wallet on MUVR platform. One credit value is Rs. 1. Every customer lead you receive has a pre-decided credit value. You need to keep a sufficient balance of credits in your MUVR wallet to respond to customers requirement.

Recharge from customer payment:

You may recharge by using your input money received from customer through MUVR. You can park certain part of payment to buy credit and other items like fuel & FasTag.

Partner Android App:

Go to wallet section of the application and click + on application. Enter no of credits you want to buy and payment details either credit/debit card, UPI, Paytm etc.

MUVR allows refund of used credits back to your account if customer has not viewed your bid offer in 72 hours or customer cancels the request without viewing the offer. Once customer has viewed your offer within 72 hours of your response, no refund is initiated regardless who won the bid.

Reviews is the key to success in marketplace. The biggest way to improve your profile and future chance of getting hired is to get more high-quality reviews from your customers. Try to have as many reviews as you can get.

You can see you recently completed trips by entering appropriate date and also generate trip report and send it to your registered email. The report contains all details of your trips.You need not to capture details by writing or maintaining separate excel sheet. It will be your transportation account.
